Bordem and Kung FU

Well since Ive been on the road to physical reconstruction, Ive been getting my mind ready for it.. Ive been in such a "rut" for lack of a better word. This off season has really taken it out of this old war horse. So Ive been getting up and doing a shit load of sit ups and push ups. No time to run, or actually to lazy to run.

So in the next month or so I will be returning to Kung Fu. Authentic Northern Shaolin. Not that Jap crap.. lol I used to train Southern Shaolin, but Ive always like the way northern looked. I AM GONNA GET MY ASS KICKED KIDS. I am skinny again but not in shape skinny.. ya know?! So I have to find the time to clean up the gym downstairs. Well my father is getting better, they finally moved him to the rehab! So he should be home in 2 weeks. It'll be nice to have the old man home once again!

So I went out and picked up some more kung fu movies this week. Omg I forgot how much I loved those kind of movies. Theres this one move called the "Enter the Invincible Hero" Damn kids let me tell you, this movie had to be one of the strangest if not the strangest movies Ive ever watched let a lone a Shanghai Gung Fu Flick.

This guy can use the iron stomach technique. Well its more of a whole body iron technique. But he derives all of his power from this Over sized outti belly button. *--Disgusting Looking--* I am happy to report I finally found a decent copy of "Legend of New Shaolin" with Jet Li and some little kid who would kick my ass jon's ass and manfre's ass without blinking! I used to own this movie but lent it out and it was lost forever! So my room is finally completed as well! I threw out my bed/futton. That thing sucked huge balls, plus all the bruises i have from the damned bars. But now I sleep nicely on the floor, with a mattress of course.

My room has become a little buddhist meditation room, once again. Very spiritual, again and I like it! I believe it was Steph *ehem* sorry I mean Steamrollah I was taking to about how I couldn't seem to level myself out and meditate. I figured that it was all the stress, but since I re did the room and made it more fung shui I am back in the swing of things. Ive never felt better, and I am ready to take on the world once more. Soon I shall be in top physical condition again, and top mental condition aswell. Well thats all.. If any of you Stony Brook Bastards read this, call me ass munchers... We should all get together at least once in 2005.. I haven't seen y'all in at least a year..

That's awesome. I've always wanted to learn Kung Fu. Good luck with all that--I hope you find the peace within you again. ;)
